Bounce Breaker
Bounce Breaker is the one-more-volley game: fire a fan of balls at a wall of numbered bricks, watch them ricochet a hundred times, and clear the row before the wall walks down to your floor.
Somewhere around 2017 the ballz-style bricks breaker quietly became one of the most played mobile games on the planet, and it has never really left the charts. The formula is disarming: every brick wears a number, every number is a countdown of hits, and every turn the whole wall steps one row closer to you.
Your only weapon is the volley. Drag to aim, release, and your entire swarm of balls streams out along one line — then physics takes over. A good shot threads a gap, catches a corner, and rattles between bricks a dozen times, shaving numbers everywhere it goes. A great shot does that AND lands on a +1 pickup, so next turn the swarm is bigger.
That growth is the engine of the game. You start with a single ball against single-digit bricks; twenty rounds later you are pouring dozens of balls into bricks wearing numbers in the forties, and the fast-forward button exists because watching the storm is glorious but you have plans for tonight.
There is no timer and no lives — just the advancing wall and your aim. When a brick finally touches your floor line, the run is over, and the number that matters is the round you reached. It will not feel like enough. It never does.
How to play Bounce Breaker
One aim per turn — make it count:
- Drag anywhere to aim the dotted line, release to fire all your balls in a stream.
- Every brick shows the hits it needs; balls bounce off walls, ceiling and bricks.
- Catch the ⊕ rings mid-flight to add balls to your swarm permanently.
- When all balls land, the wall drops one row and a new one spawns on top.
- A brick reaching the floor line ends the run — your score is the round you reached.
Tips for Bounce Breaker
- Shallow, wall-hugging shots rattle the longest — steep straight shots die fast.
- Aim at bricks' side gaps: a ball that slips behind the wall bounces there for ages.
- Never skip a +1 pickup unless taking it costs you the round — swarm size is everything.
- Watch where your first ball lands: that's your launch spot next turn, so park it wisely.
- When a column grows dangerous, spend a whole volley on it early — a 40-brick at your floor is a death sentence.

Frequently asked questions
Is Bounce Breaker free to play?
Yes. Bounce Breaker is free on crokocat with no download and no sign-up — it runs entirely in your browser.
How do I get more balls?
Catch the green ⊕ rings with any ball during a volley — each one permanently adds a ball to your swarm. Pickups that reach the floor are collected automatically.
Is this the same as Ballz?
It's the same beloved mechanic — numbered bricks, a bouncing ball fan and an advancing wall — rebuilt from scratch for the browser with crisp physics and fast-forward.
Does the game end?
Only when a brick reaches your floor line. Brick numbers grow with the round counter, so every run eventually becomes a glorious last stand.
