Memoryは誰もが遊んだ神経衰弱を一段パワーアップさせたゲームです。カードを2枚めくってペアを見つけ、コンボをつなぎましょう。盤面はやさしい6枚から、30枚の化け物へと育っていきます。

雨の午後に本物のトランプで神経衰弱をした記憶は誰にでもあるはずです。カードを裏返しに並べて、2枚めくって、うなって、また戻す。ここでもルールは変わっていません。変わったのはその周りのすべてです。ペアがそろえば弾け、外せば盤面が揺れ、連続成功はコンボカウンターに火をつけ、レベルクリアはちょっとした花火大会で締めくくられます。

スタートは6枚のカードと長めのプレビューでやさしく始まるので、最初の1回はほぼ目視だけでこなせます。そこから盤面は12枚、16枚、20枚と広がり、プレビューは短くなってやがて完全に消え、あとは本当の記憶力だけが頼りになります。30枚の盤面にたどり着くころには、始めたときとはまるで別のゲームを遊んでいます。

スコアは記憶力と同じくらい度胸に報います。連続でそろえるたびに得点が積み上がり、100点、200点、300点と伸びていきますが、1回外すと階段の一番下まで戻されます。早々に当てずっぽうを撃つのは安上がりですが、覚えているのはそうではありません。ノーミスのパーフェクトクリアには、さらに大きなボーナスがつきます。

制限時間はなく、負けることもありません。あるのは自分と、どんどん大きくなるカードの壁と、さっきのプレイはもっと良くできたはずだとささやき続けるベストスコアだけ。サイトでいちばん穏やかなゲームです。コンボが×4に届いて、手のひらが汗ばむまでは。

Memoryの遊び方

本物のカードで神経衰弱をしたことがあるなら、ルールはもうご存じです。念のため書いておきます。

好きなカードをタップして表にし、2枚目をタップして同じ絵柄を探します。
2枚がそろえば開いたまま残り、得点が入ります。
そろわなければ裏に戻ります。何がどこにあったかを覚えておきましょう。
連続でそろえるとコンボが積み上がります。×2、×3、×4…… 1回外すと×1に戻ります。
すべてのペアをそろえるとレベルクリアです。進むほど盤面は大きくなり、プレビュー時間は消えていきます。

パソコン: マウスでカードをクリックします。

スマホ: タッチ画面でカードをタップします。レイアウトはスマホとタブレットに合わせて調整されます。

Memoryのコツ

序盤のレベルでは全カードが一瞬表示されます。そのプレビューでまず四隅を覚えましょう。
外れても軽く流さないこと。表になった2枚は、地図の情報が2つ手に入ったということです。
コンボが乗っているうちは確実なペアを狙い、運まかせの1枚はリセット後に回しましょう。
カードと位置を頭の中で言葉に結びつけましょう。「パンダは右上」のほうが、ぼんやりした映像よりずっと残ります。
大きな盤面では、あちこち飛び回らずに一区画ずつ片づけていきましょう。
