Top Corner is a quick football shooter: five kicks a level, a keeper who reads you better each time, and from level six free kicks over a jumping wall. Swipe to shoot — bend the swipe and the ball bends with it — and score enough to go through.

Where your swipe points is where the ball goes; a longer, quicker swipe flies higher and faster, and a curve in the swipe puts curl on the ball. Gold rings mark the top corners — the keeper's hardest reach.

The keeper sways on his line and guesses; on later levels he reads the shot more often, reacts sooner and stretches further, so placement matters more than power.

Every other level from six is a free kick from out on the angle, with a wall of defenders that jumps as you strike. Curl it round the wall or lift it over — and still beat the keeper.

Hit the post or the bar and you'll hear it; the dots at the top track every kick of the round and the pill shows how many you still need.

Score every kick of a round for three stars.
