Planet Wreck is a planet destruction game: a little 3D world spins in space, and your job is to take it apart. Drop meteors, fire missile swarms and nukes, carve it with a laser, and watch craters break through the crust to the glowing core until the whole planet bursts. If you have played Solar Smash or Planet Destruction, you know exactly how satisfying that last hit is.

Smashing planets is one of the most satisfying ideas in casual games. Solar Smash made it a hit on phones, and Planet Destruction games are among the most popular sandboxes on Poki. Planet Wreck brings that fun to the browser for free, with low-poly 3D planets, chunky craters and a reason to keep going: every planet you wreck pays coins, and coins buy bigger weapons for the next one.

Every hit digs a real crater. The surface sinks, oceans and forests turn to scorched rock, and deep holes glow with the lava of the core. A planet is wrecked when, on average, half of its crust is gone — so hitting the same hole over and over is not enough. Spread your meteors, sweep the laser across continents, turn the planet by dragging space and hit the side you have not touched yet. When the damage bar fills, the planet bursts into spinning chunks.

There are six weapons. Meteors and the laser are free from the start. Missiles arrive as a swarm of seven, nukes leave huge craters with a shockwave, the giant asteroid takes out a whole hemisphere, and the death ray is a thick green beam that melts everything it touches. The planets change as you go — a blue ocean world, a red desert, an ice world, a jungle, a lava planet, a candy planet, a ringed gas giant and a grey moon — and each new one is a little tougher.

Wreck a planet quickly to earn three stars; there is no way to lose, only faster and slower wrecks, so it is a relaxing game to come back to for a few minutes at a time.
