Ball Snake is a snake vs block game: a snake made of balls rolls up a track full of number blocks. Each block takes as many balls as its number, each ball pickup adds more, and the snake needs at least one ball left to cross the finish line. Every row is a decision. A full row of blocks has to be broken somewhere, so you slide to the lowest number; a broken row with gaps lets you slip through for free; and the numbered balls between rows are the only way to grow back. Hitting a block costs one ball per point, ball by ball, and the block shrinks with every hit — so a block worth 12 eats a dozen balls, while the one next to it might cost only 3. Walls between lanes stop you from sliding across, so the route to the cheap block has to be chosen before the wall begins.

Ball Snake has 200 levels that grow longer, faster and tougher as you go. Each one is built around a route: the generator draws a planned lane for every row first, makes sure that lane is always affordable and that a pickup waits on it, and only then adds walls where the route does not cross. A bot then plays every level to the finish, so no level is unwinnable — but the greedy route is rarely the one that keeps the snake long.

Stars come from what is left at the finish: twenty balls or more earn three stars, eight or more earn two. Run out of balls and the snake falls apart — try again from the start of the level. The game runs on desktop, phone and tablet with no sign-up, and your level and stars are saved in the browser.
